The chocolate of the month January is the "Glühwein" and this is the story: "You stand at the top of a snowy alp. While yodelling, you whizz through the snow on your skis. After a near-Olympic performance, you warm up with a hearty sip of mulled wine. We caught this wintery sensation in a fondant chocolate with a spicy red wine ganache. Try it now!"
